Well done Philipp

Your upgrades really have paid off with all the hard work.

Very nice

I need to get some photos of my Pz IV D up as it has been primed recently before the last cold snap and snow!

You have just a little time before the world of work recaptures all your time and Motivation.

Have fun with both

Regards

Steve H

Thanks a lot for your kind words Steve! :D

Thankfully I'll be able to work from home at least some days of the week, so in theory I can jump right in after clocking out

It looks like it just needs some paint now. You're nearing the finish line Philipp, don't stop so close! ;)

Thanks Olivier! :D

I'll try to get some primer on today, but it seems the Easter weekend will be filled with family business (at least to the degree current pandemic rules will allow). The remaining three months will hopefully suffice for me to actually finish something

Any recommendations for the proper French green colour of the era? Was it much different from WW2 olive drab?

While the chassis could still be painted OD, I guess the turret would be Vert Armée. For this color, I've used XF-13 with a bit of yellow to lighten it up.

You can see the result on my AMX13 in the gallery.

Thanks, I'll give that a try :)

I guess the whole tank was repainted, it looks fairly fresh in the photos.

Thanks to being back at work my pace has slowed down a bit, but I'm still determined to finish a build in time for once

After a base coat of Chaos Black I've continued with XF-13 as recommended. Still need to add a few highlights before I start with the details. One of the tool brackets was blown away while airbrushing, thankfully I found it :?

IT always feel like a accomplishment when I get the base coat on. That feeling quickly goes away when I start thing about everything that comes next.

Thank you Shawn & Vincent!

I've been painting the tracks, but not much to show yet... working 8 hours per day takes up modelling time, who would have guessed
