It should be Adam
Current progress
I'm on with the tracks next.
I am so glad I got some seriously sharp and accurate Tamiya fine pointed snippers.
They cost the same as a set of Fruil and will let me prepare some of the more difficult tracks like these, so they have covered their cost already.
perhaps more in a few days after dealing with 5 attachment points on 200+ track links
More in a few days

Very nice progress but I was expecting a Panzer 46 build with a 200mm Flak on a Pz1.

Hi Bryan
I do prefer the "other" end of WWII with the interbellum and early vehicles.
You are really knocking the Si-Fi GB out of the park at the moment will all your Mech builds,
Really nice work too.
The tracks and running gear are done!
Yes I know its a bit radical, but "What the Heck"
Barrels have arrived too, the L50 is the cut down for a turret, so stashed for a Pz II?
I was concerned about the engine/cab divider being a bit higher than the tub sides?
But after a dry fit with the rear deck and the Flak platform it will be OK.
Time to warm up the garage for some priming and possibly AB work?
it is warmer at 8 C.
Also I shall decide if the X-wing fighter gets stripped before the re paint
All the fun of the ..........
More soon?

A great topic for sure Steve. I have the newer version with the trailer in my stash. Its just one of those kits that every time I open up the stash closet it seems to call out to me. I cant tell you how many times I have thought about starting it.
Any up dates on the build. I am curious about the Voyager PE set.

Thanks for popping by Vincent & Shawn,
Just waiting to get a little paint on the interior, then back into the build
The PE is mostly on the 20 mm Flak with a few standard tank bits for the Pz I A
I am tinkering with an Eduard PE set on an ancient Italeri Stug III B.
Its taking much longer than I thought...................
G'rrr!
Hopefully paint soon

Good job so far Steve. I am always impressed by this type of running gear assembly. How do you keep the various wheels in place while you install the tracks around them?

Hi Olivier
The main wheel units and return rollers were attached to the tub with BluTac, along with the drive wheel
The tracks were all attached to Tamiya tape with lots of patience, extra thin glue and Bad language LOL
Once they had set for 24 hours, I took the tape off and added many more layers of extra thin, and they seem to have survived and have been base painted too.
The interior has been painted very badly, but you can't see that much, thankfully!
Its awful but you cant see it!
And a change of pace whilst the AK Panzer Grey modulation set is being delivered,
The ammo trailer, which is a quicky,
ready to paint
Snow predicted tomorrow so, it might be awhile before I get back into the garage
Regards
