Sorry, no era-appropriate Pointing Officer Guy at hand :P

I haven't yet decided if this will be a "proper" trench or simply a drainage ditch, most likely I'll improvise as I go.

Nice start on the base Philipp. :) I like your idea about showing the tank in its "natural" state. :lol: They weren't very good at crossing obstacles were they?

The St Chamond was absolutely lousy in that regard. The gun would dig into the ground and the large overhang on both sides didn't help either. As a consequence the crews tried to use whatever roads they could find, which made them easy targets for German artillery.

In 1918 when the frontline became more fluid and less of a cratered hellscape the surviving tanks were used with some limited success as assault guns...

Good start on the base. Maybe you can get David Attenborough to narrate about the St Chamond being in its natural environment and using its vivid colors to attract a mate. "Here we see..." :lol:
