Tape is evil!
I suppose Adam has a point, I'll spray it flat black and be done with it, no clever shenanigans ;) .

I also was really bothered by how the officers head turned out, hence there was no close-up of his face ;) .
So I hacked off his head and used a hornet head who looks sufficiently "Prussian-grumpy". He was initially supposed to get the peaked cap but I found a pickelhaube from an ancient set of Prussian infantry for the Franco-Prussian War - and of course an already Prussian-looking bloke needs a Pickelhaube!

I thought the top of his head may have been lopped off during the “accident” he had earlier with the tank ;)

 THAT would have been an awesome idea, but sadly not to be - maybe a "Great Zombie War" dio or something of this sort. ;)

Nice work Raoul, we should all present some of our Gallery pics of our WWI build in B/W or Sepia. Adds a nice period touch :D

Wise words Adam, unless we were planning on painting it in B/W and/or sepia ;)
