Great review. I definitely would have bought at least one of these (even though I had over 14 back in the day). I know it won't look authentic but the beetle series look so cool with the Hussar schwimmwagen tires on them. Back in my Beetle days (before I opted for Middle East Wars builds, these were the BEST tires on the market. Again, probably not authentic but, as you can see by the review, much wider then any tire on the market. The closet in width were the original Tamiya Schwimmwagen ones. I remember building a Typ 87 and painting it in Zebra safari camo. It looked so cool.

Great review Philipp, so good that one is in my latest order from HobbyEasy, winging its way to NZ from Hong Kong as we speak!
