Shame about the turret roof not allowing it to be built as a standard tank but for the price it looks pretty nice. Does the back plate fit?

I think we can safely assume it does. Probably far too well considering the rough tolerances on the real thing

As for the Soviet version, I'm sure it's just around the corner. I can understand why Academy chose to do a German version first, to my knowledge we haven't had one yet except for a mostly forgotten Cyberhobby Whitebox several years ago and possibly one by some Eastern European company.
