However you should get rid of the shiny look of the battledress.

Just catching up on this build. It's a nicely detailed kit! Not much one has to do to improve it. Probably, as you did, just add after market machine gun barrels.

Still not happy with the weathering but I'll leave it like that now. Some day I might find a way to improve it...
