Re: Su-85 Early Production MiniArt
The weather cooperated this weekend just enough for me to shoot a coat of primer over the main hull and a few other parts. I finally noticed the barrel has no rifling so it's off to the aftermarket shop!

Re: Su-85 Early Production MiniArt
Looks like I might have skipped documenting a few steps.
Airbrushed with Tamiya. Chipping and rust was done with Valleo Acrylics with a tiny brush and torn bit of foam. Dot filter applied with oils and blended with Turpenoid.
Sorry for the poor quality images. Taken with phone. Will try with legit camera next time.

Veeeery nice - I especially like the fairly pronounced colour modulation!

Love the modulation. How it is all tide together towards the ends, blends it all together very nicely.Raoul Kunz wrote:Veeeery nice - I especially like the fairly pronounced colour modulation!

Re: Su-85 Early Production MiniArt
Dusted and done! Thank you for putting on this Group Build. It actually put me on a time frame to finish a model in a reasonable time frame rather than dragging it out for no real reason like I normally do.
