I guess I'm finished
I did a very simple base, a less complicated one than I originally planned. I had a bit of trouble with the Fruil tracks but I put that down to my inexperience with them, or any metal tracks for that matter. I also had to order some more mud as the jar I had was all dried up.
Speaking of mud, I ended up getting the new Vallejo Weathering Effects Russian Thick Mud product. I have to say it's very good.
The mud itself is quite thick, easy to apply and dries with a slight sheen, just like mud.
I also added some of their Mud and Grass to the tracks just to see what its like and again, I think it's very impressive. The mud and grass is probably not approprate for a muddy scene like mine but I like it.
