Adam finished 3 kits over the weekend, there's a shining example for all of us

Concerning the weather, I feel your pain. We have 34 C coming this week, and usually it gets a few degrees warmer than the weather folks tell us... I'm glad I have almost all my airbrushing done on the M24... :?

I was well along with all three kits, just took some focus to put the final touches on and get my A into G with photography.

Love your approach to wiring in the garage Steve, is that a multi board attached to a multi Board? :D
I'm a serial kit starter....

Adam, i think you missed one. I think it is a multi board, plugged to a multi board, which is plugged to a multi board

Steve, this is absolutely fabulous!!

Makes you realise how much the existing kits have left out!

After seeing this, i don't think i dare ever let my kit see the light of day. You have set the bar pretty high! :ugeek:

Or, i think i better look for one of those Voyager sets :P
Woody...

Trying hard to do some modeling!

OK chaps

Having got some quals. with electricity, the first thing you do is abuse it
All boards are fused and they are on a separate ring main with an RCB, which is only ever powered when I am in the garage

My excuses and I am sticking with them

Which build do you mean Woody?

At least you get things finished, Still under pressure with this one, still too warm to AB!!

Don't ever hide your work, it is too good to hide away ;)

Still time to get there for all of us!

See what this week brings?

Thanks for popping by

Not sure why my photobucket account is still active :?

And my campaign medals are still in tact :?

I would prefer another host site for photographs, but have had little luck finding one.

All ears for an alternative ;)

That was not easy and I am not sure what I actually did :?

I had to resize the image?

This could be painful, I guess the more tech savvy will share best practice once it has been discovered?

Not sure what I am doing at this point, but photobucket has to be replaced

I concur with you about PB... right before they started with all that...BS... I upgraded my account to premium, so I'm not really much touched by it... however I feel supremely bad, like my little betrayal caused them to go berserk on the rest ;) .

Aaaaanyway - the grasshopper looks to be a supremely beautifully detailed build!

1st patchy wash and all from Imgur, still a work in progress, using it
The photos don't seem to be as focused as PB, sadly!

See how it goes, plenty more to do and not much time as the next 2 evenings
will be taken up with Charlie and his operation!

Not really a lot of detail Raoul, I've striped it all off ;)

The fenders aren't going to make the dead line, though they shouldn't be missed

Not really enough time to get it all done, drat

More soon!

Nice progress Steve!

Not sure how the image quality could possibly be related to the hosting service though? I just tested Imgur's online editor and it worked just fine.

Errr.... I mean stuff like a whole new sets of etched fenders and little things like, oh, an entirely new set of lifting supports... this counts as "detail" for me ;) .

Imgur looks fine right now?

Best regards

- regarding steam punk: there actually is a stylistic genre called "diesel punk", it's the same notion as steam punk just moved from the 1850s-1890s to the 1920s-1940s, think "Sky Captain and the world of tomorrow" ;)
