I've gone to town with oils and for the first time I'm really getting the hang of them, I hope to have the hull finished this weekend the. It should just be a matter of painting a few slogans on it, again an adventure, and finishing the running gear. Small base also in the works :D

Oils can really make a difference. One of my favourite parts of the process I reckon. Looking forward to some pics Adam ;)

A few of the fine details need to be tidied up and there is a bit more weathering to do. The side skirts are also missing at present as I managed to spill some thinners on them so they are being re-painted :?

Well, a week away from home now, off to be camp medic for 74 10yr olds on school camp. Lots of twisted ankles, blisters and bo-bos to dress. Should be a nice mental break from my usual practice!
