Did you deliberately paint a moustache on the cat laying on the cushion Woody? That would be cruel you know.....
Oh and the gun looks great too!

Hi chaps,
Vincent, no, that is his real thing
Ok, no major progress to report on the 25pdr. Only minor improvement on the spent shell casings. Drilling them out deeper. Much better i think!
Time to think about some paint on the major assembly and then start putting some crew together

I might just go as far as packing the barrel full of firecrackers and flour
Oh, i could pack the limber full!! What a bang that will make

Re: Tamiya 25pdr Field Gun 1976
The ammo drawers in the limber are just molded relief simulating gaps between them. I have started carving out the plastic so that it gives depth. Looks much better me thinks?
They look good from a couple of feet away. The photo is showing some unevenness of my carving

Carving out those drawers is lifting that kit to a new level Justin, small "attention to detail" things like that are what makes me want to look at a model closer when I see it at a show. Makes it stand out from the crowd!
I'm a serial kit starter....

Thanks Adam and Philipp
It's soaking up my time doing this extra stuff. I need to get a move on, when does this group build finish again?
