Tamiya 25pdr Field Gun 1976

Build a classic kit (first issued before 1990) without modern aftermarket additions. Any subject, any scale. Campaign runs from 20/05/16 - to 01/07/16. Campaign medals awarded for models completed within those dates.

Ok, no major progress to report on the 25pdr. Only minor improvement on the spent shell casings. Drilling them out deeper. Much better i think!

The ammo drawers in the limber are just molded relief simulating gaps between them. I have started carving out the plastic so that it gives depth. Looks much better me thinks? :P

Carving out those drawers is lifting that kit to a new level Justin, small "attention to detail" things like that are what makes me want to look at a model closer when I see it at a show. Makes it stand out from the crowd!
I'm a serial kit starter....
