Tamiya 25pdr Field Gun 1976

Build a classic kit (first issued before 1990) without modern aftermarket additions. Any subject, any scale. Campaign runs from 20/05/16 - to 01/07/16. Campaign medals awarded for models completed within those dates.

Like quite a few of these builds it has turned out a lot better than I thought it would be. Guess that's testament to how good they were for their time.

Looking really good Woody, I thought about picking up this same kit for the GB since it can be had for very little cash. Seeing this, I am wishing I had picked it up.

On a different note, I see in the background that you too have discovered the brilliance of ICM 1/48 figures.

PS. My cats sleep in the room when I am modelling as well. First though they climb all over my bench. My builds don't have battle damage, they have feline damage. :lol:

Yeah Matt, i picked up that lot of figures second hand last week. They are outstanding figures indeed!!

I am lucky with our cats, they have no desire to explore my workbench. Leah is very attached to me, so she sits or sleeps somewhere close all the time. The other two are preferring as close to the heater as they can get :P

Wow! Mine are completely insane hyperactive anarcho-terrorists that would screw up everything I'm building and anything I've yet built if it happened to come into their reach :lol: .
