Build a classic kit (first issued before 1990) without modern aftermarket additions. Any subject, any scale. Campaign runs from 20/05/16 - to 01/07/16. Campaign medals awarded for models completed within those dates.

Made a start on the Harrier, rough is not the word. Not sure yet if it will fly straight in the bin :? No wonder Airfix went bust :lol: I should have picked Tamiya like everyone else :(

Unlikely Steve, rushing at the moment whilst I have time. Off to Aus for a course on Thursday this week and all work stops then!

Also run into a road block trying to solder up a brush guard for the loaders periscope, and wasting a lot of time scratch building most of the .50cal. :cry:

Okay, this is officially driving me batty. I have been through my stash numerous times looking for something that qualifies and while I do have some stuff from the time period, it is for larger future projects or it is for projects where I want to do a lot of detailing. I bid on a Tamiya Sdkfz 250/9 last night on ebay but didn't get it. There are a couple of things I am keeping my eye on that end this evening though, so, fingers crossed.
