Build a classic kit (first issued before 1990) without modern aftermarket additions. Any subject, any scale. Campaign runs from 20/05/16 - to 01/07/16. Campaign medals awarded for models completed within those dates.

Raoul, he's going to need all the luck he can get, since he's even less likely to finish in time than I am. :P Of course, it would probably do him some good to just do it and not worry so much about the ultimate results. (I've been telling him that for years now, so it is no secret.)

In fact, I'll put my money where my mouth is, Devin, you finish in time to get the campaign ribbon and I'll donate $20USD to PA AND buy you lunch at Royal Taj.
