It does look good Raoul. :) I've done the maths and going on your current rate of ivy leaf per cm you should be able to cover the wall by late September or early October?

Thanks guys! :D

...err... no I won't cover the wall... it's after all only September '39 and the city (whatever city or town this is  ) was busy over the summer months with preparing for the worst case as the international climate got worse and not trimming the ivy ( :o ) and that's roughly a summer of growth  .

Also it's really fiddly work to craft these twines - maybe another for the broken wall to the right, but no further twines else I'll go insane(er) .

Looks good Raoul. Tasks like the ivy that require mind numbing levels of repetition to get no where at all are, from what I have found, almost always worth the effort. It certainly does not feel that way at the time, but, once the pain and suffering diminish you realize it was worth it... hopefully! :o

Thanks Matt - at least it looks nice for all the effort it demands ;) .

Sorry, but the current setup of the figures certainly looks the part, everyone a headless zombie and all that. =>

Hi Raoul,

That is outstanding work so far. I think this is heading towards your best work :ugeek:

Love the armoured car, it is looking rather excellent 8-)

The figures are already, even if they are headless plastic zombies, bringing this to life and giving it an action feel.

Adam might be on to something. I wonder if that figure would look better in the top left (where i marked yellow), just giving a bit more space between the front of the car. The shape of that figure looks perfect for that triangle section of road?

You're definitely on to something here... I only worry that he would be completely exposed to enemy fire up there... but then maybe he was over enthusiastic and got stuck there in the open  .

I do think it would balance out nice. There is always one guy who is over eager and gets caught in the open. There might have been an ambush and hitting the deck was his only option?

Or put him at the back end of the wall so he is covering the gap makling sure they aren't getting flanked.

Nice work on both the base and the 231.
