I had to some of the uniforms to the M36 look and trim a ton of medals and campaign ribbons, Iron Crosses and whatnot - I mean where should they have come from in September '39 as no one is old enough to have fought in the last war?
Oh and it's
infantry as indicated by the white Waffenfarbe - I was playing with making them attached to mobile troops but decided against it, it's regular poor bloody infantry that has the good luck of having an armoured car with them by lucky accident as the infantry normally, and especially that early in the war, did not have
any armoured assets as organic part of the division... in fact an ID was lucky if it had
motorized logistics since the Wehrmacht was pretty much horse powered
