Seems to fashionable not to finish this GB before the deadline - so I'm going to keep with the trend

TBH, I can't even remember why I stalled on this one  :? Made a start on applying oils this afternoon - here are a couple of WIP shots - still plenty to do so looks a little messy at this stage....

If I want a figure to go along with this, any suggestions? I'm guessing that these were in service through the 50s and 60s so a West German soldier/tanker/officer of that era?

I could have sworn you already had finished this

There's not a lot of postwar German soldiers available to start with, so I guess it might be best to go with what you can find? You could add a British soldier as well, since the Meppen firing range where this little beauty came from was deep inside the British sector.

There you have it. Gary did not finish either so I think that trumps the polling. :D :D

Besides I bet the 6 votes to close it down are the 6 guys who finished their builds. :D

Finally finished with the figures.

I spend way to much time painting figures plus even after the encouraging words from Rob that the figure with his hands in has pocket looked Ok I had to repaint him. :D
