A long time ago, on another site, I won this kit in one of the donation draws Vinnie used to hold.
I started it years ago but never finished it for some reason. It's a really nice one and this would be a great opportunity to push myself all the way acros the finish line
.
I might even add some Alpine crew members and a Mini Art base I also have laying around somewhere.
More pictures of the current state to follow....

The box contains decals for this specifik M26, so for now, the plan is to build this one, meaning I will have to do some trimming on the fender.

This is how far the beast is at this point.
First thing to do is a good dust off
- Most of the hull construction done

Wheels pretty much ready for painting, also need a dust off and a wash

I will also be adding a little stowage, using the excellent set from Blackdog

So here we go, hot water and dishwasher soap first

Nice one Jan!
I never really cared about the M26 until I started playing Company of Heroes with Blitzkrieg mod... the M26 is everything between your allied forces and Panthera Germaniae induced annihilation
I have these guys in the stash
Wow! Does that mean Alpine makes figures which
are not SS?
Or are they
actually SS tankers dressed up for Operation Greif in '44?
Best regards
