Fenders are attached. There are still some parts missing off the fenders, as I seem to be missing a sprue that has them. I'll have to check my storage boxes for it.




In the meantime, I';; move on to the turret. THanks for looking.

Stunning work in the interior and beautiful used etch almost sad that it will be not all that visible eventually!

I found the missing sprue. How it got into my spares box, I'll never know. Now I can finish the fenders and do the turret hatches.

Beautiful work! Seeing all this PE is starting to make me think about putting my IDF version on hold for a bit.

Moving on to the turret, I started with the breech end of the 37mm. The machine gun ammo box and tray is held in place with a flimsy PE bracket and I’ve bent the thing out of place numerous times. I know it’s gonna snap off later.




Next, I did the interior of the upper turret shell. All the details went together well, but there was some difficult lining up the main gun and MG into the mantlet. I’m surprised the ammo box holder survived. Then I gave the interior a coat of light gray first, then white.




It’s a pity that very little of this will be seen when the turret halves are joined.

Here we have the interior of the lower part of the turret done. I started on the “turret basket” first, so that the supports would be dry in time.



Then I moved on up. Seats, radio, ammo storage rack for the Bren are all that’s here for the lower turret.




Next, I attachd the turret floor, gave it all a coat of white and painted the radio OD.




Okay. Time to close up the turret and finish the exterior details. THanks for loooking.

Too late. All closed up, painted, decals applied, weathered and put away into storage. Since I got no responses after the last post, I figured no one was interested in what I was building. Sure seems that way. Yours was the first reply since I posted 10 days ago.

So, since nobody was interested, I finished it up, stored it and moved on.

The last build I did, that T-55, I asked people for some help and advice. Although I got plenty of views on that build, no one bothered to answer my questions. Seems like no one gives a damn what I build, so I quit posting here.
