Proving my Nerd credentials beyond ANY reasonable doubtPhilipp Gross wrote:Well, so far we had 3 versions...the sheet from the Academy King Tiger, which was printed by cartograf and was very good, the sheets from Peddinghaus which weren't very cooperative and finally the Shinsengumi decals which appear to be quite good too, as proven by Raoul's first attempt. I don't think there are any more companies out there who do this?

http://store.spruebrothers.com/category_s/2091.htm - Cross Delta decals - obscure but interesting - I have the "Erbsenmuster" which is not entirely convincing and the Italian camo that VERY interestingly they provide in various different (?faded) shades
And Alliance Modelworks did the ACU but interestingly looking on their website - they no longer list these.
The Shinsengumi declas will sit but I found that you have to keep applying decal setting solution and I "moulded" the decal with a cocktail stick until it dried.
@Steve - Yup - my figures Steve - Shinsengumi decal camo smocks/helet covers and painted Erbsenmuster pants
@Philipp - If I'm honest - I dont think the Peddinghaus decals capture the camo scheme wheras the Splittermuster looks fine and is still better than I can currently paint
