This will be my contribution to the GB

and this is what you get in the box

The resin is very cleanly moulded and no massive casting blocks to remove :D I won't be starting until the weekend at the earliest as I'm still working on the HET but I will be doing some prep like washing the resin.

Another vehicle I never even knew existed. Looking forward to this, both for the subject and the construction of an all-resin kit

Always loved the look of this vehicle.

Why have the West stopped making amphibious general purpose vehicles?
Or - am I mistake and the modern Brit vehicles are (No they cant be :? :? )

Either way - looking forward to seeing this

Nice to see the interest in this one.

A state of the art kit, well when it was released in the 1990s at least  Inside of the cab done.

I also made templates for the windscreens as Firing Lines give you no material for glazing or even templates  I'll paint the cab interior and then attach it to the hull before going any further. That way I can clean up any fit issues before starting to add the running gear.

Rob,

the Brits seem to have ditched amphibous capabilities in the late 1970s, even the Stalwarts which were pretty good at it weren't used in the water. FV432s and CVR(T)s had their screen fittings removed completely. The Bundeswehr still train deep wading in their Leopards not sure if any other western countries do though.

I've got a base coat on the cab interior, not much in the way of details to paint, just the glazing to cut so it should be together pretty quick.
