A week late but calling this finished. Driver and MGs added, some chipping and light layer dust applied, just need to get some photos for Gary done now.

That's a great finish Chris - Stowage sits very nicely - excellent paint job - Love it :D

Couldn't agree more! Your clean finish really brings out the elegant lines of this vehicle family.

The subtle weathering is wonderful Chris. Really like all that stowage too. :)

Cheers,

Thanks Guys. :D

Build round up

Dragon M3 3-in-1

I had some troubles with this kit, mainly done to some strange engineering ecisions on Dragons part ie the tracks split along their length, made from normal stryene, the windshield made from a single piece of clear plastic, the fit of the drivers compartment to the troop compartment. Ended up looking ok though. The driver comes with the kit.

Legend M3A1 Stowage

Apart from the fact the stowage is a hybrid of M3A1 and M3A2 vehicle fittings very handy set although I couldn't get the internal pieces to fit. Still plenty of generic stuff which can be used on other vehicles.

Paint

Vallejo Model Air Olive Drab. Weathering with AK Nato wash and Tamiya Buff

A nice looking result but I wouldn't build another.
