Nice choice Philipp
Loads of potential to do something different
And surprisingly another of your blogs has an indulgence with food and more specifically cakes, pastries and biscuits
Look forward to this one developing Philipp

Nice one Philipp
Just thinking, does your choice/s mean you are in both builds as the Pak 43 is just wheeled?
There was no clear indication that wheels needed to be powered, or would horse power be enough?
What do you think, Philipp?
Regards

So I take it there were more men than equipment so that use what they had .

Re: Sd.Kfz. 251, Pak 43 and an unhealthy dose of olive drab
Well, I had suggested towed artillery, didn't get that far with it
Of course motor vehicles were the intended subject...but yeah, should have made that more explicit
I might add another build with a scout car or something, got plenty of these.
Edmund, the manpower and equipment reserves varied wildly between certain points in the European campaign. Since losses were at times higher than scheduled, there was a lack of both. This became especially obvious after the Ardennes, when all leftover small hatch M4A3 training Shermans were hurriedly shipped overseas as replacements. By early May 45 manpower reserves were seriously depleted. I don't know the situation with field artillery however.

Great choice of subject Philipp. This combination will look very unusual in Olive Drab!

Why do the German boys speak better English than us
For my part I feel Beute is now a semi-adopted English word
Nice choice Philipp - looking forward to this
