I usually just set the piece on the burner until it changes color. I once did a whole sheet but realized only certain parts I wanted mallable.

I don't dare do that Mark, guess I'm chicken but I need more control over the process , I simply can't afford to buy another $50 PE upgrade kit for my T-90a at this time :oops:

Use a bic lighter but sometimes they soot up , just use a brush with some lacquer thinner to clean it up .

Good tip Edmund,I was wondering how they got those parts all nice and shiny after annealing and bending them in their advertisements 8-)

A glass fibre pen is best tool for cleaning up PE parts after soldering etc.
