notbeing a german ww11 armour follower im in a bit of a loose end with deciding which vehicles actually were used to tow the 88 ..i know the good old sd.kf7 8 ton halftrack early and mid production were used to tow these things..but is there any other vehicles that were used that are commertially available in 35th scale..

I guess it depends on the setting. Usually the Sd.Kfz. 7 was used, being available in high numbers. The smaller Sd.Kfz. 6 or the larger Sd.Kfz. 8 or 9 might have been used too if needed, but generally these were reserved for things that required more power. On firm road surfaces a heavy truck like the Mercedes Benz L4500 could have been used as well, or maybe the Maultier version late in the war.

Any Sdkfz 7 would be good for the 88
