We had that debate before, see this post and the following ones. Modern armoured cars are possible as long as it was designed from the start to have full armour protection. A Humvee with add-on armour and unprotected engine etc. wouldn't really fit in.

Great! This will be my entry for this GB. I also have a Panhard EBR but the Azimut conversion (for an early turret) is so-so and will require much work than this nice Puma.
I don't know if I paint it UN white or Italian 3-tone camo.

I'm a bit excited as this will be my first GB in this forum!

It's really not much different to a normal build, just remember to get it finished and photos sent in before January 1st 2017 and you'll get a finely crafted badge of honour to display your achievement to the awe-struck masses :mrgreen:
