Me too.

Perhaps this time I might finish a GB!

Just for my information, would “Refurbished” also include a post WWII M4 Sherman upgraded to an IDF Super Sherman?

I was planning to build an upgunned and uparmoured early Panzer IV, so I sure hope it does

As I am the one who proposed this GB I can answer yes. The idea is to build a vehicle which has undergone some upgrade program with external changes of course. The role of the vehicle should not change though. So your Sherman and Philpp's Panzer enter the category.
On the contrary a tank modified into a APC won't.

Thanks for the clarification Olivier :)

Since it's very likely to win, this is my project:

This is a Panzer IV Ausf. D that was upgunned with an L/43 gun and turret skirts and saw service in Italy. Dragon did a kit of this tank a while ago, so I can go OOTB.

If the results are going to stay that way we're going to have a problem....or a runoff poll. You decide.
