I can't guarantee any accuracy, it's based on several low-quality photos and some pictures of another model

Now that I'm looking at it, I'm fairly certain the empty rack above the MG34 was for spare ammo drums.

I believe both your options will fit the bill

Early Stug III A-E and the StuH would also be OK? I think

But the long barreled F-G are, primarily, tank killers and not infantry support artillery

Still not sure what to do with anti-aircraft systems though.
