Hey Shawn,

The faces look great! However, as modelers we are never completely satisfied with our last effort and that’s what pushes us to improve. Don’t be too hard on yourself, if I had painted those I’d be doin’ back flips!

Love the building, just got the Ammo book on scratch building structures, unfortunately as a warm country we don’t have the same range of insulation (blue foam) available as the rest of the world so I might have to stick with wrestling with MiniArt structures.

Thanks so much guys for checking in.

I have finished the weathering on the Scout car. As usual I fell I over did it. I was going for a very worn winter white wash look and I certainly achieved that. Still have to add the machine guns, radio antenna and a few bites and pieces inside.

Thanks Steve and Vincent.

Steve- Some times the eye for detail is not a good thing. It tends to consume so much of my time. I have been putting a lot of hours into this one.

The building is done and its time to start on the ground work. I added a wood fence made from well you guessed it, wood. :D The pictures honestly do not do it justice. I am really happy with how this is turning out. My favorite new product is the dark and light green slime washed from AK and Ammo. I added the effect to the roof in various placed and around the base of the building and stone wall.

After spending over two weeks on the figures they are done. :D :D

Thanks for checking in Jan and Steve.

Moving forward with the start of the ground work. Added some forest floor scatter and then added two different colors of 6mm static grass, It may be a little green for a winter scene. I may apply some dry brushing to tone it down
