Steve,
Did you really have to ruin it for me? Can't I just leave the unpainted figures and call it good? LOL

Hi Mark

I have sooooo many figures to paint, it has scared me off for a long time :?

Dust off those brushes before it becomes a phobia :o

I don't have a phobia. I know I don't do faces well and I finish them the same or better each time. That is the only way you can improve. This one will be different because I am not sure how many "civie" colors I have laying around or can make.

Civvies are good Mark

No need to worry about camo patterns, specific shades, colours, buttons, bits and bobs

What ever you have is good and something bright is always part of the figure, civilians don't appreciate discrete colour palettes

I know what you mean about heads, its probably more my phobia, as I haven't painted one for over a year now.

Have fun

Regards

I beg to differ . . . . . . . . . (?) Steve!

That silly little stunt aside - the figure look really great Mark!
Maybe, if it's not too much of a bother, some 90s-ish patterned stripes in disgusting and/or metallic print on the training clothes? I remember seeing those horrible crimes against good taste and concealment all over the militias we saw in the initial phases of the Donbas... err... "disturbances"?, "civil war"?...let's just say "events"...
Of course they fairly quickly went to commercially available camouflage patterned clothing, but for something really irregular the less tasteful the more realistic ;) .

Oh and the whole idea of the dio is awesome to begin with - gotta love technicals!

Best regards

Raoul,
Thanks! I suck at figures and mostly because I don't build enough of them. On the camera guy, I am planning on a camo pattern and looking at garish pictures for ideas.
