"Kriegsgefangenenlager bei Polarbahn"

My latest project. In a POW camp from the war I found a enamelled cup,prehaps used by one of the Red Army POWs. A few evenings ago I decided to make a dio in it,of the place where I found it :) Hope you like:)

Me to. Really lovely ground work there. It must feel amazing holding some of these artifacts in your hands. I'm sure sad sometimes as well.

In a lot of cases it would be a travesty to do something like that to a WW2 relic. However, in this case, I think it actually works very well and is a great compliment to it 8-)

That's a nice little project. Saw a similar thing done in a German helmet. Double the interest factor!
