Should stop the all invasive dust too!

I would certainly look at some shallower in height, it just looks a little too empty.......
Thank you Vlad. I picked up a generic 'off the shelf' item just to try out the idea. Now I know it works, I can look at what custom sizes I'll need for the other models. It will also allow me to fit more on the board too :)

That is a really great idea Gary. I think you need a lot more space though. :?

Mine just go in a IKEA glass doored bookcase and collect Dust. I am going to have to get inventive on the SCUD though. I think that is going to be very large.

After over three years I think this thread deserves an update

Both the wall cabinets and the display case are products of a well-known Swedish company.... :?

The Billy shelf as seen in 2015 has been reassigned to long-time storage of supplies and shelf queens...

I think that's a "Detolf". Nice for display but not 100% dust proof.

Thanks! Neither are the Biillys (even if you have the glass doors).

Yeah, the amount of dust inside was enormous, even though I tried to seal it with foam strips. The Detolf slightly better, but thankfully with the wooden floor and leather sofa there's not quite as much dust in my living room.
