Finished my build of the IHYSC Worker suit. This limited run resin kit from 2009 was based on the sketch by Kow. Very little is know about it but I infer it was the augmented construction suit that lead to the AFS Mk1.
The kit had a low parts count and went together quickly though I should have spent more time pinning the joints as arms and legs kept popping off from manhandling. I added a few wires and tubes and omitted some of the leg compression springs to expedite the build. The head was replaced with the grinning idiot from BrickWorks and the hands are from Pink Tank.
The suit is airbrushed with Tamiya acrylics using the hairspray technique. Figure head is painted with Vallejo. I rushed at the end to get ready for a local show the next day so the base is recycled from an older build. I may go back and visit this on a proper display.
