Oh, did you mean plastic sprue trees?!
You should be able to. Tamiya instructions still have sprue numbers and ordering instructions in them.
What are you after?

I tried it here from NZ, just wanted the sprue from the ACAV set that had the interior. Was told to contact my local distributor.
