On MA we didn't have the BACK TO TOP button because most of us were using a keyboard with the HOME key. As touch screens have become more common, perhaps even standard with Micrsnot's release of their flawless Windows 8 system, maybe we should revisit the possibility here?

Have a look at the bottom RH corner of each post and you'll find a small arrow. Click on that and it takes you back to the top of the page. Just discovered it - it's been there all the time
