I think this owner is going to have a tough time getting his vehicle to pass it's next smog inspection.

Perhaps he will be able to apply the waiver used for "historic" vehicles.

I don't think there an emission inspection station that can handle the likes of that vehicle , well maybe where they check the articulated lorries , but I don't think he will be allowed to drive down the road unescorted .
