Table of Contents (TOC) Feature

Sites like Wikipedia use a TOC feature to help users quickly jump down the page to a certain area of interest.

This could be useful in your pages of completed builds and walkaround features.

As it stands right now, if I want to look at Rob's Humber walkaround or your latest Sherman, I have to scroll all the way down the page. A TOC box lets me jump directly to the feature I want.
