Hi Gents,

I'm going to update the forum software in the next few days to get rid of the error messages and ensure everything keeps working once the older versions of PHP are no longer supported by my hosting service at the end of November. The forum might be offline for a little while and look a bit different afterwards, but I'm trying my best to get things sorted out quickly. There should be no loss of posts and for the worst case I'm making a full backup of the current files.

I had a bit of a significant emotional event when the "automatic" update package didn't do as it should and I had to set up a whole new forum installation with a few transplanted older files, but thankfully it all worked out in the end.
