Hi guys,

Any tips as to what base colour to use for asian figures (1/35)?

I only use acrylics (Vallejo)

I paint all my figures using a white base coat and several thin layers of various skin colour shades. I suppose it depends a lot on the person depicted. Most Japanese are very pale while folks from SE Asia can get quite dark brown.

Thanks Philipp, looks like it will be safe to go with the usual base colour, giving my limited skills in figure painting, nobody will be able to tell the difference anyway
