Seeking figure

Am looking for a 1/35 figure who is in the middle of spray painting a vehicle. I recall that Tamiya included such a figure with one of their kits , but are there other options out there? Preferably in civilian type attire, but German type uniforms also of use.

He's German, but he looks like he could be modified to wear more generic working clothes with little effort.

Def Model makes a lady, a US soldier and a German soldier. None of them are REALLY painting though.
