Galaxie 1948 Chevrolet Aerosedan
After careful consideration I decided to build this kit.
On opening the box I was surprised at how crisp and detailed the parts were. Dryfitting the main components showed how positively the parts fitted into place I've grown used to car kits that need lots of clean up, much dry fitting and plenty of adjusting before committing to any glue. This kit, I'm pleased to say, is in a different league altogether.
I got stuck straight in and had most of the chassis done before I knew it. I put the seat and basic interior together next I decided I would paint the interior before proceeding any further. The arm rests, door handles and window winders are all separate pieces! How good is that! and installed on the chassis That's where it sits at the moment. I'm really enjoying this one

I've read some good reviews about it so I thought it was a good time to bring it to the bench. However, I won't be building a wreck. But there will be a twist. Definately not a junker Mark. I was inspired to go in a different direction with this one.

I didn't realise it was so long since my last update. Sorry about that
I've moved along and finished the dash and started painting the body.
This is where I'm up to at the moment. Thanks for looking.

Excellent finish
Are you sure you still don't want to build a hovercar?
