The repainting makes such a difference to the parts, it is quite spectacular assembled.

Thanks Vincent, Rob, Philipp (stop acting as if you as if you didn't know! ) and Chris!
Painting the whole kit was the point of the exercise - Bandai apparently things everybody is happy with their kit looking like this...

Anyway, I finished both the shield/grenade launcher/beam "bayonet" as well as the regular lighsa.... beam-sabre and beam rifle.
Now everything left to do is taking a few nice pics of the whole contraption .

Yep, good work indeed. But I'm still not sure how the whole aircraft transformation stuff is supposed to work (for the paint's sake, please don't demonstrate )

The transformation horror is on the first page if you look at the excerpts I made from the instructions .

It's going to be in my gallery, but since we all know that Gary's internet connection isn't exactly cooperative (or in existence for that matter) right now I'll post a couple of preview pics that should serve to finish the whole project quite nicely here .
