First wingy in 3 decades

Taking a break from 1/35 dull paint schemes for a short visit to the shinny side of life.
This Revell's not very sophisticated Airbus 320 in 1/144 scale. I'll be doing the British Airways colors in their old, "Landon" paint job.
I need this model to provide a 3D reference for the 1/48 Airbus which is waiting just around the corner. More on this later.
I've never been a fan of the way airliner cockpit windows are handled in small scales. It just seems that better engineering might be possible given what we see now being done in other genres.
Remember this 3D printed item purchased a year ago? Turns out that 1/48 is exactly 3 times bigger than 1/144! Math is neat that way.
It's possible that this could become a big complex monster. But I have the feeling that things are going to run pretty smoothly.
Thanks for stopping by!
