Wingy thing on my bench...
Hi all.
Great to see all these familiar names and faces.
Never really got out of my modellers block but have recently managed to do a little bit of modelling.
This is the Pro-Modeler F-84 Thunder jet. I really wanted to try using some of these Alclad II paints so this is the perfect subject.
Unfortunately no build pics.
First layer of Alclad II Aluminium with some flaps and the odd panel finished with Duraluminum.
Once again, great to be back.

Great to have you back Jurgs. Hopefully you'll come to your senses and start building things with tracks on them again

I have some sympathy Jurgs
Neat job - the Alclad paints are pretty amazing.
The decal opportunites on these craft are wonderful

Thanks guys
Got an F-8e crusader on the go too. Early stages.
I've also got some sci-fi projects I want to have a crack at.

Not really mate. Just plodding along with some "wingy" projects.Shawn Ramsey wrote:Looks good so far Jurgs. Have you been building much lately?
