Hey chaps

Post by Vlad Seabrook-Smith »

Hey fellas

Hope your all doing well, sorry I've not been around much for the best part of this year. I kinda lost my mojo somewhat and felt I needed to get out and be a bit more sociable with my hobbies for a while so I contacted my very old wargames club and started attending again. So the bulk of this year has been spent painting painting painting and a bit more painting of miniatures, will make use of the wargames page here and post some pics etc if anyone is interested?

Now some of you may remember a while back I had a spell of poor health, well sadly this has returned and stopped me working for about 8 weeks now. This has impacted on my concentration levels so painting figures has gone out of the window, but its encouraged me to pick up the styrene again. Little by little its helping with my concentration still aways to go yet  again if anyone is interested I will get some pics sorted.

Hopefully I will be welcome back

Hi Vlad

good to hear from you again, caught you on Deano's FB queen site too, nice wings and a Jagdpanther too ;)

Sorry to hear you aren't well again, I am sure PA will help smooth your way to some plastic calming 8-) 8-)

Always good to hear from a figure painter, how did your painting go before you were ill?

Figures are my 2015 project, to try and improve

Take care :D

Best regards

Welcome back Vlad!

PA seems to actually help a bit, I'm also currently sick with it getting better earliest around January and yet PA makes me feel better :) ... so you've come to the right place: PA - Home of the Morbid Modellers!.
Seriously though: Get well soon and best wishes!

:D Thanks lads :D

Fortunately its not life threatening just bloody inconvenient! The Dr is 95% certain its M.E, I have struggled and battled through for the best part of this year but unfortunately its all caught up with me and taking its payback, subsequently signed off work as I'm not strong enough to work :| bit pants but there ya go!

Steve has in his excitement mentioned some of the projects currently spread over the bench :D more on that later.

Raoul, get well soon!!!!! :)

Phillip, another group build, I still haven't finished my M32 yet  but I did vote  as have been lurking for some time.

Vlad :!: :!:

Great to have you back :D - Your absence is always noticeable.

Sorry to hear about not being well

I always miss your work - dare I ask - How's the Flower ?
(Not even started mine  Though largely because I'm still enjoying vehicles and have about 17 seconds a week at my desk

What with you and Jurgs - it's beginning to feel like the old days :P
