Greetings from Ghent, Belgium

Post by John Osselaer »

Hi folks,

I decided to hop on board when I learned Steve Reid is involved in this forum. We share a common interest in paper panzers and oddities. My obsession led to the creation of Paper Panzer Productions, which I run together with Robert Blokker from the Netherlands. Running this thing prevents me from building much more than parts for masters, but I hope to show some of my work in the near future.

Hello John-

when you get to know me as well as the forum members do.... You won't be so quick to admit it!

It is good to see you here and I know some of the members will be interested in what you are doing with Paper Panzer parts.

For those who don't know- John does amazing stuff with "What -If's" Paper Panzers and 1946 German Armor. He recently launched his own product line. Which I am looking forward to having a look at.

Don't forget to post some images in the Trade Announcements forum John!

Welcome to PA John! :)

Don't let the momentary Sherman madness tell you otherwise, many of the folks around here like some extraordinary German stuff too. Most of all me

Thanks guys! Seems like a joly lot here.

I'm not the biggest poster on forums. I usually chime in when there's questions and posts on very late (and 'too late') German vehicles or when I'm stuck researching obscure objects.
If you want to have a quick look at what Paper Panzer Productions does it's best to our Facebook page. I haven't had the time yet to update the website (paperpanzer.com). That will be for next week. We are receiving quite a bunch of new castings tomorrow, pre SMC, and by Sunday these will have turned into products for Scale Model Challenge. As of Monday these will be available for purchase. Included: 'Einheitsturm' for the E-50/75, with metal barrel. It also fits Dragon Panther G/F and we have included an adaptation ring for the Dragon King Tiger. There's also the Hammer conversion for the Sd.Kfz. 250/251, 2in1. A Jagdpanzer IV (V) final conversion, panzer crew 1946 (2 and a half figures), Panther and Tiger I 'mystery brackets', Panzer IV welded return roller supports. The standard Hammer, exhaust set for E-50/75/100, KT/JT/Löwe, wheel sets for E-50/75 are also still available.

Cheers,

John

Hello John,

We are an odd group. But we are non-toxic and friendly to domestic animals. (Except spiders, we hate spiders.) ;)

Glad to have you here.
