Anybody got a Tamiya Famo?

Post by Philipp Gross »

No, I don't need the whole thing :?

I'm asking if anyone would be willing to sell or trade the tow bar assembly that comes with it. Unless you want to depict a Famo towing a Panzer it's not needed for the model.

I'm talking about everything seen here: (except the cable):

I tried to look for alternatives but it seems these are the only ones in 1/35 available at all. Not even long forgotten resin kits from 30 years ago. While some Bergepanzer kits have the tow bars themselves, none come with the end pieces (B1, B31, B32). As you can imagine I need these for my Sherman/Tiger combo :|

I have a pile of Sherman, Tiger or KV parts I could trade, plus plenty other stuff. Ask and you shall receive 8-)

Hi Philipp

I appear to have one

can you PM your address and I'll post it over?

As for a trade, consider it a favour in the bank for a later date ;)

As you have just moved recently, please don't do a Raoul and send the previous address :?

Regards

Steve H

Sorry Raoul, but I just couldn't help myself  I guess you probably didn't tell Philipp

Thank you good sir :D

Most of all it will make the scenario a lot shorter compared to using tow cables

Quicker than I thought

All you have to do is finish the build ;)

A distraction from Tiger fever?

Is this the destination?

Berge Sherman?

Happy modelling

Faster than Deutsche Post, and they even delivered on Monday

The tow bars are the missing link between the Sherman and the Tiger

I'll put everything together tomorrow. Need some sleep first
