A quiet day as it is now a national day of remembrance as Covid day in the UK.

One year to the date since the 1st lockdown and we are still in lockdown with Europe in a 3rd wave and all the politiking about the vaccine too!

I did get a little plastic, from Anna and the cats LOL

2 more tank transporters, a first and last for my collection and a book too.





Last day at work before I retire on the 31st.

Hopefully I can squeeze in some modelling along with doing up the house for selling to move to a bungalow as a last move into retirement.

Hope you are all well and managing the pandemic safely.

More to come once I have finished the work thing after 43 years full time+ in many different jobs

12 months to do up the house as selling anything in the middle of a pandemic and a possible 3rd wave approaching isn't an easy ask.

I shall look to get more modelling done and blogging too, inbetween the work on each room.

I have both loads of "Shelf Queens" and 1/2 finished/started projects to keep the bench busy.

Hope you are all safe after the very current Easter lockdown then cancellation?

I guess you will just have to be as safe as possible.

12 months sounds like a good time to get things settled, but I know better than to call any move easy

Around here things look bleak, our leadership has no strategy whatsoever and the vaccination programme is hamstrung by an insanely complex bureaucracy. Our only hope is to sit out the storm and wait until we can get a shot, hopefully at some point in late 2021...

On a more positive note, after being out of work for over a year, I finally got something in my field and will start on April 1st. Not a joke, thankfully
